Will of David Woodhouse dated 1749

In the name of god amen I david woodhouse of chritch in the county of derby tanner being of sound mind and memory understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following to witt
First I will that all my debts the annuity and the legacy herein after mentioned and my funeral expences be paid out of my personal estate but if that shall not be sufficient for those purposes then I will and order that my real estate shall be applied to make up and supply what my personal estate shall fall short of.
Also I give and devise to mary my loving wife a piece or parcel of land called stony piece and my share of a farm now in the holding of Jacob bowmer or his assigns and a close called the smithy Holme which said premises are in the parish of chritch aforesaid to hold the vance during her natural life in full sattisfaction and lieu of all and every part of the dower she might other way claim out of my estate.
Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Susannah alsibrook one guinea to be paid twelve months after my descease.
Also I will that my son david and my daughter mary, jane, and Dorothy be maintained out of the produce and interest rents and proffits of my whole estate in a  ??????  ??????? and suitable to their station until my son david comes to the age of one year and twenty years.
Also after the arrival of my son david at the age of one and twenty years I give and devise unto my daughter mary, the sum of seven pounds ten shillings during her natural life.
Also to my said daughter jane the sum of seven pounds and ten shillings during her natural life
Also at the same time to my said daughter Dorothy seven pounds ten shillings during her natural life.
Also I will that my daughters mary jane or Dorothy or any of them shall hereafter be inclined to marry that she or they before such marriage first obtain the consent of my executor herein afterwords named or of the survivor of them thereupon such presedent condition as aforesaid to each and every one of them the sum of two hundred pounds a piece to be paid respectively to such daughter and daughters marrying with such consent as aforesaid to each and every one of them the sum of two hundred pounds within six calender months next after such marriage the minority of my said son david not withstanding but then in such case the annuity or yearly sum of seven pounds and ten shillings during her or their natural lifes in the manner as is above directed provided if such daughter and daughters so marrying shall have any child or children, then in such case I give bequest unto my executor herein after named their heirs executors admistrators respectively so much of my real estate and personal estate upon trust as shall sufficiently enable them to raise and levy for the child or children of each such daughter and daughters the sum of two hundred pounds equally divided amongst them that is to say one two hundred pounds to be divided amongst all the children of one of my said disobedient daughters.
Also I give and bequeath to my daughter Hannah killer sixty seven pounds to be paid in six months after my descease.
Also I give to my daughters mary jane and Dorothy one hundred pounds to be paid by my executors out of the first fall of wood in chritch chase to be paid ten years after my descease provided my said daughters mary jane and Dorothy shall marry according to the discretion of my executor hereafter named.
Also I will if any one or more of my said daughters mary jane or Dorothy shall die unmarried that her or their share or sums of three hundred pounds a piece to which she or they would have been entitled in case she or they had married with such consent as above shall not be such and extinguished for the benefit of my heir but shall go to and be divided amongst the survivors or survivor of them and my daughter Hannah killer equally share ans share alike.
Also and lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint mary my said wife and Thomas buxton of wirksworth executors of this my last will and testament to whom I bequeath ten shillings apiece and the residue of all my personality I give and bequeath to my said son david to his sole and proper use and my real estate I will descend and come to my said son david and his heirs subject to no other uses trusts intentions or purposes whatsoever but what are declared in this my will  and I do hereby revoke disanull and make void all and all manner of former and other will and wills testament and testaments here to forth by me made and declared either in word or in writing and do publish and declare this only to be my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the tenth day of February in the twenty second year of the reign sovereign lord george the second by the grace of god of great brittain france and Ireland king defender of the faith and so forthand in the year of our lord 1748/1749  signed david woodhouse and his seal.
