The usual warning! The following are transcipts and should be checked against the original parish records viewable at the Derbyshire Records Office, New Street, Matlock. Please advise us of any errors that have been made in transcription.

Under 'abode' entries such as Ashover and Duffield were most likely the Parish rather than the town. Both parishes were adjoining Crich.
